the Role\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Analyzer Engineer to provide hands-on testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance support for Process Analyzer Systems.\n\nYou will work across in-house testing, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), commissioning and preventive maintenance, supporting customers in the Refinery, Petrochemical and Power industries.\n\nThis role offers strong technical exposure across both Singapore and overseas projects.\n\nResponsibilities \nDevelop test plans and FAT procedures for Process Analyzer Systems based on project specifications.\nPerform hands-on in-house testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up of analyzer systems.\nTroubleshoot analyzer systems and provide technical support to Field Service Engineers.\nWork with suppliers and OEMs to diagnose and resolve technical issues.\nPerform preventive maintenance, shutdown servicing and customer support for analytical systems.\nPrepare accurate test, commissioning and service reports and maintain technical documentation.\nCoordinate with customers and internal teams on project, commissioning and maintenance activities.\nSupport technical training and development of new engineers and technicians.\nContribute to safety, testing standards, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport long-term service assignments, including projects on Jurong Island, when required.\nUndertake short- or long-term overseas commissioning and maintenance assignments when required.\nRequired competencies and certifications\nDiploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.\n3–5 years of relevant experience with Process Analyzers / Analytical Instrumentation within Refinery, Petrochemical or Power Plant environments.\nHands-on experience in FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.\nFamiliar with HART Communicator, PLCs, computers and analyzer-related software.\nAble to interpret technical requirements and prepare clear service and test reports.\nGood written and spoken English with strong customer communication skills.\nIndependent, hands-on and safety-conscious with good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nWilling to work on Jurong Island and travel overseas for project or service assignments when required.\nSkills\nSystem
