(ADRI) is widely regarded as the expert firm to call - day or night - we provide emergency recovery services for wind, fire, smoke and water damage, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental issues, mold remediation, healthcare and environmental services, flooding repair and construction services.\nIf you connect with our Values of Developing Others, Professionalism, Ownership, Work Ethic, Have Fun, Creativity, Empathy & Compassion, you will find a successful career with the ADRI Team!\nAbout the Carpenter Position:\nThe Carpenter will be responsible for working on construction projects, varying in size, as well as will be performing hands-on work, including basic carpentry, painting, drywall, etc., and will be managing a small crew. \nDuties & Responsibilities:\n•Provides repair services as outlined by scope documentation or work ordersInstalls wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work\nDesigns and installs cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation\nAdds fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures\nSelects lumber by size and strength to suit each job, sourcing wood to suit the customer’s budget and style\nCalculates the number of fasteners required for each job\nLiaises with clients, suppliers and other construction professionals\nReads blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations\nReads blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements\nTakes measurements and calculates the size and amount of material needed\nCuts, shapes and smooths lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements\nBuilds window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items\nLays out floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible\nCarves and assembles furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated\nInspects places and conducts repairs or maintenance\nBuilds scaffolding and other construction structures\nPicks up materials and deliver to jobs sites as required\nSets containments, floor protection and dust control systems\nMaintains company provided power tools and equipment\nCommunicates client concerns/questions to Project Manager\nCompletes daily notes for clients in CRM system for work performed that day\nTakes photos of the day’s activities and uploading to CRM\nConducts controlled demolition services as needed\nProvides preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and company equipment\nManages, packs and moves client’s contents / personal property\nConducts Every Job Sales Activities\na. Securing client reviews and supporting positive online rankings\nb. Asking for key market segment referral\nc.
