This role is responsible for developing civil engineering designs, preparing construction packages, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and constructible solutions.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong experience in site development, grading, drainage, foundations, and utility design within EPC or industrial environments and will be capable of independently executing engineering assignments while supporting project delivery from concept through construction.\nWhat You'll Do\nEngineering Design & Analysis\nDevelop civil engineering designs for power generation facilities, substations, transmission infrastructure, renewable energy projects, and industrial facilities. \nPrepare estimate-level designs, engineering studies, and material quantity take-offs. \nDesign and develop: \nSite grading plans \nStormwater management systems \nDrainage systems \nErosion and sediment control plans \nRoadways and access routes \nUnderground utility systems \nEquipment foundations \nStructural slabs and support systems \nPerform engineering calculations related to: \nEarthwork quantities \nStormwater runoff \nDrainage system sizing \nFoundation loading \nRetaining structures \nSite development requirements \nSupport hydrology and hydraulic studies for project sites. \nProject Execution\nSupport projects through conceptual design, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. \nPrepare engineering scopes, technical specifications, reports, and construction packages. \nCoordinate civil engineering activities with structural, mechanical, electrical, process, and project management teams. \nParticipate in project planning, scheduling, and design reviews. \nIdentify and communicate design changes, scope modifications, and project risks. \nConstruction & Field Support\nProvide engineering support during construction, startup, and commissioning activities. \nConduct field investigations, site assessments, and constructability reviews. \nRespond to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) and support field issue resolution. \nReview contractor submittals, shop drawings, and construction documentation. \nSupport site visits for verification of existing conditions and project progress. \nPermitting & Compliance\nSupport environmental permitting and regulatory compliance activities. \nEnsure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. \nCoordinate with regulatory agencies and environmental consultants as required. \nAssist with development of stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP) and permit documentation. \nQuality & Continuous Improvement\nPerform quality reviews of engineering deliverables. \nSupport development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices. \nContribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives. \nAbility to travel periodically for site visits, field verification, and project activities. \nWhat You'll Bring\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. \nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred or actively pursuing licensure. \nMinimum 5-7 years of relevant civil engineering experience. \nExperience in EPC, power generation, utility, industrial, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects preferred. \nTechnical Skills\nProficiency with: \nAutoCAD Civil 3D \nAutoCAD \nBluebeam \nMicroStation (preferred) \nGIS platforms (preferred) \nMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Experience with: \nSite development design \nGrading and drainage design \nStormwater management \nUtility design \nFoundation design coordination \nCivil construction practices • Knowledge of: \nLocal, state, and federal permitting requirements \nCivil engineering codes and standards \nStormwater regulations \nErosion control requirements \nUtility and
