This role oversees engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams while managing contracts, subcontractors, purchase orders, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards.\nLocation: Amarillo, TX office\n\nTravel: Up to 25% domestic travel\n\nSalary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications, with consideration for the Project Manager I or II level.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nLead integrated Design-Build (DB) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams from project kickoff through closeout.\n\nOversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, estimating, and construction activities to meet project goals for safety, quality, budget, and schedule.\n\nManage prime contracts, construction subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project closeout.\n\nServe as the primary customer contact, maintaining strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction.\n\nDevelop and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.\n\nOversee procurement planning, subcontractor and supplier scopes, bidding, pricing, schedules, invoices, submittals, and purchase orders.\n\nEnsure compliance with project-specific safety, quality assurance, quality control, and environmental requirements.\n\nManage Requests for Information (RFIs), constructability reviews, value engineering, and dispute resolution.\n\nOversee project changes, Schedule of Values, progress billing, payment tracking, warranty administration, and post-construction cost reviews.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with customers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.\n\nMentor junior team members and follow established company policies, procedures, and standards.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n\n5+ years of construction project management experience, with direct Design-Build (DB) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) experience preferred.
