This mid-level position is responsible for administering customer contracts, subcontracts, consulting agreements, purchase agreements, and vendor contracts while supporting project teams throughout the contract lifecycle.\nThe Senior Subcontracts Specialist works closely with Contracts Management, Legal, Procurement, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure contractual compliance, manage commercial documentation, and support successful project execution.\nWhat You'll Do\nContract Administration\nAdminister customer contracts, subcontracts, purchase agreements, consulting agreements, and vendor contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.\n\nReview contract documents to identify key commercial terms, obligations, deliverables, and risk areas.\n\nMaintain contract files, contract logs, and commercial documentation.\n\nSupport contract execution and ensure required approvals are obtained.\n\nMonitor compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements.\n\nAssist with contract closeout activities and final documentation.\n\nCommercial Support\nSupport Project Managers and Operations teams with contract interpretation and administration.\n\nAssist with management of contractual correspondence, notices, and formal communications.\n\nMonitor contract deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and obligations.\n\nSupport project teams in identifying potential contractual risks and opportunities.\n\nCoordinate contract-related communications with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\n\nAssist with commercial issue resolution during project execution.\n\nChange Order & Claims Administration\nManage change order tracking and documentation processes.\n\nAssist with preparation, review, and submission of contract modifications, amendments, and change orders.\n\nMaintain change order logs and commercial reporting tools.\n\nSupport project teams in gathering documentation to support changes and claims.\n\nAssist with documentation related to schedule impacts, scope changes, and commercial disputes.\n\nMonitor approval status and implementation of contract changes.\n\nRisk Management & Compliance\nReview contract documents for compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nIdentify contractual risks and escalate concerns to Contracts Management and Legal teams.\n\nMonitor insurance requirements, bonding obligations, licensing requirements, and contractual compliance matters.\n\nAssist with audits and compliance reviews.\n\nSupport risk mitigation efforts throughout project execution.\n\nEnsure accurate documentation and record retention practices.\n\nSubcontract & Procurement Support\nSupport administration of subcontract agreements and procurement-related contracts.\n\nAssist Procurement and Supply Chain teams with commercial review of subcontractor and supplier agreements.\n\nMonitor subcontract compliance and documentation requirements.\n\nSupport evaluation and resolution of subcontract-related commercial issues.\n\nMaintain subcontract logs and performance tracking records.\n\nContract Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare contract status reports, commercial dashboards, and management summaries.\n\nTrack contract milestones, expiration dates, renewals, and deliverables.\n\nSupport reporting related to change orders, claims, subcontract administration, and commercial performance.\n\nAnalyze contract data and provide recommendations to improve contract administration processes.\n\nMaintain commercial records and Bring\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, Legal Studies, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field required.\n\nEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 7-10 years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, procurement, legal support, project administration, or construction project support.\n\nExperience supporting EPC, engineering, construction, energy, utility, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.\n\nExperience administering customer contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements preferred.\n\nAbility to travel periodically for site visits, field verification, and project activities.\n\nTechnical
