Every day brings a new site, a new challenge, and a new chance to put your skills to work.\nDaily Responsibilities:\nOperate heavy machinery safely and confidently\nDig trenches, backfill excavations, and grade to spec\nTransport, load, and unload materials and equipment\nFollow on-site safety procedures to the letter\nSecure loads properly for transport\nStay sharp on DOT regulations\nRun daily pre-trip inspections and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA)\nRoll up your sleeves and hand-dig when machinery can't reach\nWhat You'll Bring\nWhat We're Looking For\n A go-anywhere mindset - travel across multiple states is part of the job, and part of the fun\nValid CDL Class A is a plus (not required - but if you've got it, you'll earn premium pay for it)\nSolid experience operating heavy equipment\nClean driving record (2 tickets or fewer in the last 5 years)\nA sharp eye for safety and quality\nStrong time management skills\nA hands-on attitude - willing to do what it takes to get the job done right\nLife on the Job\nThis full-time, hourly role (40+ hours/week) puts you outdoors and in the middle of real work - rain or shine, hot or cold. One day you're in open country, the next you're navigating an active worksite in town. It's physical, it's real, and it's never boring.
