This role focuses on production-grade agentic systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), integrated with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.\nThis is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end ownership - from agent architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with deep expertise in LLM application design, agent frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), memory systems, and multi-agent orchestration.\nIn addition to strong engineering skills, this role requires a product mindset-partnering with business stakeholders to shape use cases, select appropriate agentic tools and frameworks, and translate user needs into scalable technical solutions..\nKey Responsibilities\n Agent Architecture & Development\nDesign and implement agentic AI architectures, including: \nReAct (Reason + Act)\nPlan-and-Execute\nTool-using agents\nMulti-agent systems and coordinators\nBuild LLM-powered applications using modern foundation models \nTranslate business use cases into reliable, scalable agent workflows with clear handoffs and fallbacks\n LLM & RAG Engineering\nDevelop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for reasoning, task execution, and tool use.\nImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using structured and unstructured data.\nDesign and manage agent memory systems, including:\nShort-term (conversation/state)\nLong-term (vector-based memory)\nWork with vector databases\n Tooling, APIs & Integration\nBuild and integrate internal and external tools (APIs, microservices, enterprise systems).\nEnable agents to safely interact with: \nDatabases\nBusiness applications\nAutomation platforms\nCloud services\nEnsure robust error handling, retries, and fallback logic.\nProduction Readiness & Operations\nDeploy agentic systems into production environments.\nImplement monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks for: \nAccuracy and task success\nLatency and cost efficiency\nSafety and policy compliance\nDesign and enforce guardrails to prevent hallucinations, unsafe actions, or data leakage.\nContinuously optimize system performance and cost\nCollaboration & Delivery\nPartner closely with business stakeholders, application developers, data teams, and business stakeholders.\nAct as a technical product owner for agentic solutions: collect user and business requirements, clarify problem statements, and translate them into system designs and implementation plans\nIdentify high-impact AI opportunities and rapidly prototype, validate, and scale solutions.\nContribute to internal best practices, architecture standards, and AI governance.\nLead agentic tooling decisions: evaluate frameworks, model providers, orchestration patterns, and integration approaches; make pragmatic build/buy choices aligned to security, reliability, and cost constraints.\nAct as a technical product partner: collect user requirements, define success metrics and acceptance criteria, translate needs into solution designs and implementation plans, and drive delivery from prototype to production.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Python (required).\nHands-on experience working with LLM APIs, and MCP\nSolid understanding of: \nPrompt engineering\nEmbeddings and semantic search\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nAPI and backend system design\nExperience integrating AI systems into production applications.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English\n Preferred Skills\nExperience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).\nKnowledge of multi-agent coordination patterns.\nExperience with evaluation frameworks for LLMs and agents.\nExposure to security, privacy, and compliance considerations in AI systems.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience building AI solutions for enterprise or internal business use cases\nWhat Success Looks Like\nFull-time role: on-site.\nCollaboration with global or cross-functional teams may require flexible working hours.\nStrong emphasis on ownership, experimentation, and delivery.\nWork Environment:\nWorks in a standard office environment utilizing standard office equipment.\nWorks in team and individual environments.\nMay work weekends and overtime when necessary.\nAbility to travel as needed, both domestic and international\nAs part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive Zompensation and benefits programs for our employees in order to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
