POSITION SUMMARY: Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation, including detailed drawings, Operation Method Sheets (OMS), assembly work instructions, and visual manufacturing aids by translating approved 3D CAD models and engineering designs into standardized, production-ready assembly processes. Partner with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, Quality, and Production teams to ensure assembly documentation accurately reflects product design intent, manufacturing requirements, quality standards, and actual production line practices, enabling safe, efficient, and repeatable assembly operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and maintain detailed manufacturing drawings, OMS, assembly work instructions, exploded views, and visual aids from approved 3D CAD models, engineering releases, sketches, layouts, and technical notes. Contributes design modifications to facilitate manufacturing operation and quality of product. Translate complex 3D CAD assemblies into clear, accurate, and production-ready assembly documentation, defining: Assembly sequence and workflow Fastening methods and hardware requirements Critical dimensions and tolerances Torque specifications I
