This role focuses on identifying root cause of failures using technical expertise, interpretation of schematics, and use of electronic diagnostic tools to support manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform detailed failure analysis on electronic assemblies including SMT and through-hole technologies.\nDiagnose failures in power supplies and power control circuits using standard test equipment.\nInterpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting activities.\nIdentify root cause of defects and provide clear, data-driven feedback to engineering and quality teams.\nExecute functional testing and verification after repair or corrective actions.\nDocument analysis results in formal reports, including failure mode, root cause, and corrective actions.\nSupport continuous improvement and corrective action processes (CAPA).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, test engineering, and quality.\nAssist in development and improvement of troubleshooting procedures and work instructions.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nLocation: Manufacturing Plant in Mexicali.\nEnvironment: Manufacturing floor, laboratory, and repair stations.\nPhysical Requirements: Standing for extended periods, handling electronic assemblies, use of microscopes and small tools.\nSKILLS:\nProficient use of electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies, electronic loads).\nStrong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings.\nSolid knowledge of circuit analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.\nExperience analyzing power electronics and switching power supplies.\nUnderstanding of SMT and through-hole component technologies.\nGood documentation and reporting skills.\nTeamwork, accountability, and strong work ethic.\nAbility to understand and follow technical instructions in English (minimum 70%).\nEXPERIENCE:\nEssential: Minimum 3 years of experience in failure analysis or repair of electronic assemblies, preferably in power electronics.\nDesirable: Experience in manufacturing or test environment in electronics industry.\nEDUCATION:\nEssential: Electronic Technician Degree or related field (Electronics,
