It provides technical expertise in managing utility systems with a strong emphasis on efficiency, reliability, and long-term maintainability. The position ensures all plant equipment and utilities remain in optimal operating condition through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs to prevent operational disruptions. It also ensures full compliance with all relevant external regulatory requirements, including PEZA, DOLE, the National Building Code of the Philippines, and Building Administration standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage facilities and plant management projects across all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close-Out.\nDevelop complete project documentation including Scope of Works, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.\nCoordinate engineering projects with Facilities Operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.\nPrepare, evaluate, and recommend bids, contracts, and proposals for equipment upgrades and construction works.\nCreate design plans, technical calculations, and construction drawings required for project implementation.\nLead and Initiate project coordination meetings with internal customers which includes manufacturing stakeholders, support teams such as purchasing, finance, EHS, IT etc.\nFacilitate, liaison (as needed) and coordinate meetings with external organizations which includes PEZA, DOLE, Meralco, LTI and other external government units for the processing/coordination of regulatory permits related to projects.\n Oversee contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.\nManage project budgets, validate progress billings, handle financial reporting, and ensure accurate payment processing.\nPrepare technical reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to support management decisions\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; licensed engineer (PRC Board Passer required).\nAtleast 7 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nProven experience in facilities management, engineering projects, or construction project execution.\nStrong knowledge of project management processes, including scope development, cost estimation, scheduling, and close-out procedures.\nAbility to prepare and interpret engineering design plans, technical drawings, and calculations.\nFamiliarity with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes for facilities and construction projects.\nExperience in contract preparation, bid evaluation, and contractor management.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.\nProficient in project budgeting, billing review, financial tracking, and documentation management.\nProficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and CAD or related design software is an advantage.\nCompensation\nAs part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
