The role focuses on data exploration, statistical analysis, dashboarding and building analytical models that support predictive failure analysis and continuous improvement. While not mandatory, candidates with experience in data engineering (ETL, data pipelines, database optimization) will have an advantage. The ideal candidate is strong in analytics first, with the ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple factory systems.\nResponsibilities:\nFacilitate discovery sessions with business users to understand processes, data needs and problem statements. Document data and process flow\nCollect, clean and analyze large datasets from production large system such as RMA, testing, SPC, MES etc.\nPerform statistical analysis, trend studies and correlation assessments to identify patterns and root causes.\nBuild analytical and predictive models (e.g., anomaly detection, failure pattern identification).\nSupport predictive quality initiatives through data insights and modeling.\nWork closely with engineering, test and MQE teams to convert business needs into analytics requirements\nDevelop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools. \nPresent insights & analytical summaries to stakeholders in a clear, concise and actionable manner. \nExperience & Skills:\n2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. \nExperience in manufacturing, operations or quality analytics is a plus. \nExposure to data engineering or pipeline development is advantageous but not required. \nExperience contributing to machine learning or predictive analytics projects is beneficial\nAbility to work with senior-level business stakeholders\nExperience with ETL/ELT tools or workflow orchestration. \nExposure to data engineering concepts such as data pipelines or data modeling. \nFamiliarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud analytics platforms (Azure, Databricks)\nJira & Confluence (project documentation tools)\nSAP S4 (knowledge of data tables as a plus)\nPower Apps, Power Automate, UiPath (automation tools)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability. \nProficiency in Python or R for data analysis. \nStrong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. \nExperience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). \nKnowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling concepts.\nClear communication and ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. \nStrong documentation and organization skills. \nCollaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems or related field\nAs part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees in order to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
