validation and verification testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, cost reduction, and manufacturability\nParticipate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field\n3-5 years of relevant experience in electronics design or product development\nStrong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design\nExperience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Eagle)\nProficiency in testing and measurement tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator, etc.)\nFamiliarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers is a plus\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nEffective communication and teamwork abilities\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in manufacturing or electronics production environments\nKnowledge of industry compliance standards (UL, CE, IEC, ISO)\nExperience with firmware/basic programming (C/C++,
