Be qualified to work on ECR & ECO.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nFollow the new product transfer status by coordinating with FC Eng team and local logistic team.\nResponsible for line capacity planning and first pass yield improvement plan.\nLead the product quality team on the program of Cycle time reduction, capacity expansion.\nFollow daily production issue, lead the team on increasing yield, improving product quality, reducing the manufacturing cost.\nFollow the customer quality feedback, prepare corrective action, and monitor the implementation.\nEstablish product quality team to improve product performance on RTY DPU and OOB DPPM.\nSet up goals for the individual production line and lead the process team to achieve the goal.\nAdhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAbility to demonstrate independent judgment, responsibility, and professionalism in front of program teams.\nAbility to handle moderately complex engineering assignments.\nAbility to read schematics and blueprints.\nAbility to exercise good judgment to resolve problems.\nAbility to work independently.\nAbility to manage many projects at one time.\nAbility to be creative.\nEngineering skills.\nEXPERIENCE:\nMinimum of three (3) years related experience.\nFamiliar with ISO quality system. \nFamiliar with plant operation system.\nHave good knowledge in 6Sigma, SPC, FMEA, lean manufacturing.\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.\nBENEFITS :\nAs part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.\nOur compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices including market-based base pay, an annual pay-for-performance incentive plan, and etc.\nIn addition to our competitive compensation practices, we offer a strong benefits package in each of the countries in which we operate.
