processes, systems, and production floor operations.\nProven experience designing and delivering competency-based training programs, including OJT, proficiency qualification (PQ), requalification, and blended learning methodologies (hands-on labs, simulations, SOPs, and assessments).\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering (IE/ME), Quality, and other stakeholders to address skill gaps impacting yield, scrap, downtime, audits, and new product introductions (NPIs).\n Experience defining, tracking, and improving training performance metrics, including pass rates, time-to-certification, post-training FPY, and audit compliance.\nStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with working knowledge of EHS, quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949/ISO 9001, IPC standards), and regulatory requirements, and a detail-oriented, continuous-improvement
