This role leads software architecture, project execution, technology strategy, and engineering best practices while serving as the primary technical authority for software development activities.\nThe successful candidate will oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements definition through deployment and sustainment while mentoring engineers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems and applications.\nDesign, develop, and maintain desktop, web, and automation applications, ensuring scalable software architecture, effective use of design patterns, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.\nDevelop and maintain database solutions, manage source code repositories using Git/Bitbucket, implement and support CI/CD pipelines, apply DevOps best practices, and ensure compliance with secure coding standards throughout the software development lifecycle.\nDrive adoption of best practices in software engineering, automation, testing, and cybersecurity.\nPerform software troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and code reviews, and ensure the delivery of reliable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or project leadership role.\nProficiency in C#, .NET, Python, and Node.js, with strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.\nExperience with SQL databases, version control systems (Git/Bitbucket), DevOps/CI-CD practices, and secure software development.\nFamiliarity with industrial and communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, SPI, I2C, CAN, TCP/IP, UDP, EtherCAT, and Modbus.\nStrong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.\nDemonstrated adaptability, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to learn new technologies.\nAs part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees in order to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
