At our core, we are Advanced Energy - powering the future, together.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Manager, Talent Acquisition for AETH Thailand, based at our Laemchabang, Chonburi facility, is responsible for leading recruitment strategies and programs that attract, select, and onboard top talent across the site. This role ensures that AETH’s workforce of approximately 3,000 employees is supported by effective hiring practices, strong employer branding, and partnerships that build a sustainable talent pipeline.\nReporting to the Director, Human Resources - Thailand, the Manager plays a critical role in aligning local talent acquisition initiatives with global HR programs and timelines. The position requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance immediate hiring needs with long-term workforce planning.\nThe Manager will also lead a small team of two direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure effective execution of learning and development activities and continuous growth of team capabilities.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nTalent Acquisition Strategy\nDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs across all functions.\nPartner with business leaders to forecast hiring requirements and align recruitment plans with organizational goals.\nEnsure recruitment processes are efficient, equitable, and compliant with Thai labor law.\nEmployer Branding & Partnerships\nLead employer branding initiatives to position AETH as an employer of choice in the region.\nManage advertising and social media campaigns to promote job opportunities and company culture.\nBuild and maintain partnerships with universities, technical schools, and professional associations to strengthen talent pipelines.\nRepresent AETH at job fairs and external events to enhance visibility and attract diverse talent.\nRecruitment & Selection\nOversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for all levels of roles.\nEnsure timely and high-quality candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle.\nManage offer processes, including negotiation and approvals, to secure top talent.\nLead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.\nInternship & Early Career Programs\nDesign and manage internship programs to attract and develop early-career talent.\nPartner with academic institutions to identify and engage high-potential students.\nTrack program outcomes and integrate successful interns into long-term hiring pipelines.\nGlobal Program Alignment\nEnsure local learning and development initiatives align with global HR programs and timelines.\nAct as a liaison between local HR and global L&D teams.\nData Analysis & Reporting\nTrack and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.\nProvide insights to leadership on talent market trends and workforce planning.\nUse data to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nSupervise and mentor L&D staff members, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.\nDelegate tasks and monitor workload distribution to optimize team efficiency.\nConduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development planning for direct reports.\nFoster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that supports continuous learning and professional growth.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.\nMaster’s degree or MBA preferred but not required.\nProfessional certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent are advantageous.\nTraining in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition strategies is a plus.\n10 years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience in a large-scale, multi-national manufacturing environment.\nExperience in electronics or high-tech OEM/contract manufacturing environments is preferred.\nProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.\n5 years in a supervisory or lead recruitment role.\nStrong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and candidate assessment methods.\nProficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo).\nAbility to use data analytics tools for tracking recruitment metrics and identifying trends.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.\nCollaborative mindset with ability to work across departments and
