The role ensures smooth production flow, optimal use of resources, and timely resolution of operational escalations. Acting as the key liaison between Production, NPI, and cross-functional teams, it drives strong coordination to support on-time delivery and revenue goals. It also ensures accurate plan execution, capacity optimization, and supply continuity through proactive monitoring and adherence to Integrated Production Planning (IPP).\nKey Responsibilities\nProduction Scheduling & Planning\nOwn and drive the end-to-end production schedule aligned with delivery commitments and business priorities.\nEnsure material availability to sustain continuous production flow and avoid line interruptions.\nPlan and release discrete jobs based on build requirements.\nMaintain optimal WIP and Finished Goods to prevent line stoppages.\nAlign loading/build plans with NPI; perform capacity analysis and level loading to maximize efficiency and revenue.\nLead daily production meetings, issue schedules, and resolve constraints to meet targets.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (IE, NPI, Production, support) to address capacity and resource gaps.\nManage escalations promptly in line with NPI expectations.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nProvide timely, accurate, data-driven production updates to support decision-making.\nProactively communicate risks and delivery issues through early alerts and escalation.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to align commitments and resolve constraints.\nOn-Time Delivery Performance\nEnsure execution of orders in line with factory delivery commitments.\nAnalyze root causes of misses and implement corrective actions with stakeholders.\nOptimize output through effective level loading based on capacity and materials.\nSystems & Data Integrity\nMaintain accurate planning and order data in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).\nEnsure data integrity for reliable planning and reporting.\nRevenue Planning & Execution\nMonitor weekly revenue projections and identify risks.\nOptimize factory loading and capacity to meet revenue targets.\nTrack daily execution to ensure alignment with goals.\nCommunicate targets and risks clearly across all levels.\nCapacity Planning & Optimization\nManage order acceptance based on capacity, lead time, and resources.\nReview and adjust weekly loading plans; implement contingency actions as needed.\nWork with IE and Production to address constraints and escalate risks.\nOperational Flexibility & Additional Duties\nAdapt to priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nSupport product transfers and perform additional assigned tasks.\nSafety & Compliance\nSupport and promote the company’s Safety Targets Program.\nParticipate in hazard prevention and safety initiatives.\nEncourage reporting of unsafe conditions and 6S non-compliance.\nEnsure incident reports are submitted within 24 hours to EHS. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or any related field.\nMinimum of 5 yrs Work experience in Planning/ Production Planning \nCompensation\nAs part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
