Leveraging your expertise in production planning, you will establish reliable operational baselines, align resources with demand requirements, maintain quality standards, and continuously optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPlanning System Development\nDevelop and enhance production planning systems through automation and digitalization to improve planning accuracy and resource utilization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement system improvements, and drive continuous process optimization.\nSupport efficient and cost-effective production operations through data-driven planning solutions.\nCustomer On-Time Delivery and Revenue Achievement\nDevelop production plans that align customer demand with production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.\nOptimize resource allocation to support revenue targets and operational efficiency.\nCoordinate with CSR, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams to proactively mitigate delivery risks.\nManagement Reporting and Business Reviews\nDevelop automated reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.\nPrepare and present planning, delivery, and operational performance updates to management.\nConsolidate, analyze, and summarize key operational data to support decision-making and business reviews.\nSafety Compliance\nSupport HIRAC reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace safety.\nPromote safe work practices and actively participate in hazard identification and incident prevention.\nReport safety concerns and contribute to toolbox meetings by providing recommendations for improvement.\nProduction Planning\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure material readiness and optimized capacity utilization.\nMaintain production continuity and support on-time delivery of customer requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage operational risks and achieve business objectives.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.\nComputer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nKnowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, as well as manufacturing planning tools.\nUnderstanding of Production Planning and Control (PPC) and supply chain management principles.\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong analytical and data management skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting and visualization tools.\nAbility to utilize MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for planning, reporting, and decision-making.\nCapable of developing and executing production, material, and capacity plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.\nSkilled in applying problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement methodologies to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.\nCommunicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders, customers, and management.\nDemonstrates strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective
