At our core, we are Advanced Energy - powering the future, together.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Material Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and production coordination, kitting, and material control operations to ensure efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, on-time material availability, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role provides leadership and direction to material center personnel, drives operational excellence, and serves as a key link between management and employees. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong experience in material control, and people supervision, capable of developing teams while supporting productivity, profitability, and sustainable business growth.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSupervise and oversee day-to-day warehouse and production coordination, kitting, and material control operations to ensure efficient and accurate material flow.\nPlan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet operational requirements and business objectives.\nMonitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.\nEstablish performance goals and deadlines aligned with company objectives and communicate expectations clearly to team members.\nEnsure proper inventory management, material handling, storage, issuance, and stock accuracy.\nCoordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials to support production requirements.\nInvestigate operational issues, employee concerns, and customer-related complaints, and implement appropriate corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate personnel records, timekeeping reports, and operational documentation.\nPrepare and submit performance, inventory, and operational reports to management.\nFacilitate effective communication between management and employees by relaying information, updates, and organizational initiatives.\nParticipate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of material center personnel.\nRecommend employee recognition, promotions, and performance improvement actions based on performance evaluations.\nEnforce company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory control, workplace safety, and overall operational performance.\nLead problem-solving activities and support initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.\nMinimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in Warehouse Operations, Material Control, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain functions.\nProven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nStrong background in Kitting, Material Control, and Warehouse Operations (required).\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational performance.\nKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and supply chain best practices is an advantage.\nExcellent communication, coaching, and people management
