At our core, we are Advanced Energy - powering the future, together.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for driving manufacturing quality performance through data analysis, corrective action implementation, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to support NPI and product transfer activities, resolve quality issues, ensure compliance with quality standards, and improve yield, reliability, and overall product quality.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAnalyze quality data, initiate and follow up proactive corrective actions from other parties to improve quality performance continuously.\nLead Yield/OATF and QIP meetings.\nReview Purging Notice, MRB, RMA, ECO, ePBR, LRS and WIS.\nRaise Stop Build/Ship Notice for in-process issues \nFollow up root-cause analysis and containment actions for problems released by \"Hold Shipment Notice.\nTo prepare regular quality reports (Yield/OATF) and other related reports \nWork with QE in NPI for handover of NPI products to Masspro line.
