At our core, we are Advanced Energy - powering the future, together.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe recruiter, based at the Laem Chabang, Chonburi facility, is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners business leaders to understand workforce needs, develops sourcing strategies, and ensures positive candidate experience. The Specialist focuses on operational excellence in recruitment delivery, balancing organizational goals with candidate expectations while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nManage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation focus on DL group.Partner with hiring manager, and coordinate with agency for DL hiring (if) \n\nConduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to ensure quality hires.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.\nTalent Sourcing & Employer Branding\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking, social media, and recruitment platforms. (focus on DL)\nSupport employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market.
