At our core, we are Advanced Energy - powering the future, together.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Senior Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy (%), control the progress of remaining count for the whole fiscal year and supporting supply chain efficiency across operations. This role involves advanced analysis of inventory count performance, and driving process improvements.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nWork closely with other cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Finance,Operations) on conducting the cycle count activities and compliance related; \nMonitor and analyze inventory Accuracy, develop and maintainaccuracy of inventory data in ERP systems\nTroubleshoot system-related issues affecting inventory tracking\nIdentify inefficiencies in inventory processes and implement improvements\nSupport system implementations or upgrades and continuous improvement projects\nGiving the necessary support to New Gen ERP testing and response to new requriemnts\nWorking with upper level managers on system improvement.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience. \nThorough understanding of SAP or Material Requirements Planning (MRP)\nAbility to effectively interpret and summarize statistical reports.\nExcellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent computer skills, including accurate data entry and experience with PC applications, such as Word (word-processing), Excel (spreadsheet), and/or relational databases.
