Independence and quick thinking of decision making.\nRESPONSIBILITIES :\nWork closely with Planner or Customer Advocate to prepare the shipment according to ship plan.\nCoordinate and work closely with 3PL Logistics team to identify goods assigned based on inventory available.\nGenerate Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice and Packing List and other shipping related documents.\nUnderstand shipping instruction given for each order request in system.\nCoordinates for cargo pick up arrangement with various or selected freight carrier/forwarders based on the incoterm and keep track shipments movement.\nUnderstand each customer requirement and Customs compliance for Export/Import and Bonded shipment.\nWork with 3PL Logistics team to ensure pick the correct item based on pull order request.\nKeep monitor and ensure the materials pack and ship as per schedule.\nInvestigates and / or fixes any problem arise with respective party either shipment or Warehouse issue.\nCollect and record the data for KPI report.\nKeep and file all the shipping related documents properly for audit purposes.\nAdhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT :\nWork in standard office environment and used office equipment (phone, PC, copier, fax machine etc.)\nWorks under limited supervision. \nQUALIFICATIONS :\nGood knowledge in SAP, Logistics/Warehousing and Customs compliance.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.\nGood knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook).\nPrefer a strong personality with a dedicated, independent person and teamwork.\nEXPERIENCE :\nMinimum three (3) years of experience in Supply Chain (Logistic/ Warehouse).\nExperienced in Logistic/Shipping/Warehouse is added advantage. \nAble to rectify the Customs related issue.\nUnderstanding of HTS code item classification.\nUnderstanding of Freight Incoterm.\nAble to run the SAP & KPI report any time upon request.\nEDUCATION :\nProfessional college degree in International Business Trade or related to Import/Export area, such as: International Relations, Accountant, Business Administration, Logistic etc. \nBilingual
