Act as the transformation program manager, collabrate with consultants, IT, Finance, and regional procurement teams to deliver on key milestones and ensure change management readiness. Support capability building by developing training materials and SOPs for new tools and processes.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWork on end-to-end ERP migration project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals\nMonitor project milestones, risks and dependencies. Escalate issues as needed.\nDrive standardization and optimization of business process across departments.\nEnsure compliance with internal control, governance frameworks and industry best practices.\nCoduct post-implementation reviews and embed continuous improvement.\nSupport change management initiatives to ensure ERP adoption.\nDevelop training materials and lead knowledge transfer sessions to end users.\nCollatborate with consultant, IT, operations, finance and compliance team to define and validate:To-Be” process.\nSupport / responsible for global AE manufacturing factories, design and global service centers\nOther duties as assigned.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nWorks in a standard office environment\nuses general office equipment (telephone, PC, copier, etc.)\nTravel may be required.\nSKILLS:\nProven or demonstrated performance developing strategic supplier relationships.\nProactive problem solver with strong planning orientation.\nExcellent working knowledge of purchasing and electronic manufacturing processes.\nCapability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively and professionally to changing requirements\nPeople management skills and ability to train, mentor and develop a team of buyers\nAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously\nProficient with SAP or Ariba\nExcellent PC skills including Excel, Word, MS Standard Office\nEXPERIENCE:\nEssential:\n5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, process improvement or business transformation.\nStrong knowledge of ERP platforms including SAP S4 HANA and Ariba is a significant plus.\nExperience in process mapping, documentation and governance.\nWillingness to take need-based calls in the US time zone.\nExperience in supply chain management in an electronics manufacturing environment.\nEDUCATION:\nEssential:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related
