Responsibilities\nLead daily manufacturing operations across multiple production lines and departments.\nDevelop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and customer requirements.\nEnsure production schedules are achieved while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.\nDrive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance.\nOversee production planning and execution to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.\nOptimize labor utilization, equipment efficiency, and manufacturing capacity.\nManage production readiness for new product introductions (NPI) and production transfers.\nIdentify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve throughput and productivity.\nEnsure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.\nPartner with Quality teams to improve First Pass Yield (FPY), reduce defects, and minimize customer complaints.\nLead investigations and corrective actions for operational and quality issues.\nPromote a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.\nFinancial Management\nManage departmental budgets and operating expenses.\nDrive cost reduction initiatives through process improvements and waste elimination.\nMonitor labor productivity, inventory management, and operational efficiency metrics.\nSupport annual planning and forecasting activities.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and HR teams to support business objectives.\nParticipate in customer visits, audits, and business reviews.\nSupport strategic initiatives including factory expansions, automation projects, and digital transformation efforts.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.\nMaster's Degree (MBA or related field) preferred.\nExperience\n10+ years of manufacturing experience within the electronics industry.\nMinimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large manufacturing operations.\nExperience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), PCB Assembly, SMT, Box Build, or High-Tech Manufacturing environments.\nProven leadership of large teams in a high-volume manufacturing
