PPAP.\nResponsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.\nParticipates in Design Reviews to ensure compliance with reliability standards and customer requirements.\nReview Engineering Change Requests for customer approval requirements and submission.\nPerform weekly, monthly trend analysis and coordinate corrective actions with involved areas.\nDefines SPC to manufacturing processes and monitor weekly and monthly performance, implement countermeasure.\nInteract constantly with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Materials, Support Areas to ensure robust processes using PPAP, SPC and LEAN tools.\nSKILLS:\nResponsible for working with cross-functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customer’s requirements in all quality areas that also serve AE’s business needs.\nFailure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive action due customer (internal-external) complaints.\nDefine, design, develop and Certification preferable\n3+ years’ experience in manufacturing is preferred. • 2+ years in quality system maintenance\nEnglish 85%\nLEAN Manufacturing tools\nExcellent computer skills (Statistical Software, Office
