Facilitate supplier to do DFX review and collaborate with NPI quality to fix the DFX issues raised by supplier. \nRegular review FMEA and SPM (Supplier Process Management Plan) with vendors to ensure improvement and process control are in place.\nMaintain confidentiality of all information related to the production processes and components, business and other technology including materials.\nAdhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nLocation: Penang Science Park, Simpang Ampat Penang.\nWorks in standard office environment and uses general office equipment (phone, PC, copier, fax machine etc.)\nDomestic and international travel may be required.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience in the electronics manufacturing process and quality control. PCBA manufacturing is preferred.\nExperience in the quality tools application such as SPC, FMEA, 8D and etc., preferably Six Sigma green belt/ black belt certified.\nKnowledge of ISO procedure and RoHS. ISO 9001 certified is preferred.\nExperience in auditing, qualifying, and selecting suppliers.\nEXPERIENCE:\nMinimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Supplier Quality, NPI Quality, or Manufacturing Quality.\nExperience supporting complex, high-reliability products in industries such as semiconductor equipment, industrial, medical devices, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.\nExperience in leading supplier quality initiatives in complex product environments.\nDriving supplier performance improvements and risk mitigation.\nManaging critical escalations and influencing business outcomes.\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) and/or a related field from an accredited institution.\nWHY JOIN US!\nAs part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
