As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a skilled team responsible for the assembly and testing of complex hybrid products in a cutting edge and faced paced manufacturing environment. You will drive operational excellence, champion continuous improvement, develop frontline talent, and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, quality, and production planning to deliver exceptional results for our customers.\nThis is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving challenges, developing people, and creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and innovation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead daily manufacturing operations for a team producing highly engineered hybrid products supporting the semiconductor industry.\nCreate a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment focused on quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.\nExecute on production plans, allocate resources, and establish priorities to meet customer commitments and business objectives.\nMonitor and drive performance through key operational metrics including safety, quality, productivity, schedule attainment, and inventory performance.\nCoach, mentor, and develop employees through regular feedback, performance management, career development, and skills training.\nFoster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement by empowering employees to identify and solve operational challenges.\nPartner closely with Engineering, Quality, Production Planning, Materials, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to optimize manufacturing processes and support new product introductions.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective action activities to improve product quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.\nDrive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.\nManage staffing, workforce planning, hiring, employee development, performance evaluations, and employee relations activities.\nSupport strategic operations initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nLocation: Fort Collins, CO\nEnvironment: Works in a manufacturing environment which may be noisy and fast paced. \nQUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience leading or supervising manufacturing teams in a production environment.\nBackground in electronics, electro-mechanical assembly, semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, or other highly regulated technical manufacturing environments is highly valued.\nExperience operating in a highly dynamic production setting.\nDemonstrated ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and drive results through collaboration and accountability.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing systems, production planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience preferred.\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing customer and business priorities.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.\nData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and make informed operational decisions.\nEXPERIENCE:\nPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience.\nElectronics or technical manufacturing experience.\nLean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.\nExperience supporting semiconductor, advanced electronics, or precision manufacturing operations preferred.\nEDUCATION:\nAssociates degree in a Business Management, Technical, or Supply Chain related field\nCOMPENSATION:\nAs required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
