The role will be responsible for producing accurate BIM models and coordinated shop drawings while ensuring compliance with project requirements, design standards, and BIM execution procedures.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services and hands-on experience with Revit MEP, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain detailed Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.\n\nPrepare and update mechanical layouts, shop drawings, and detailed BIM models based on approved design drawings and project requirements.\n\nModel mechanical systems including:\nHVAC systems\n\nChilled Water systems\n\nDuctwork\n\nPlumbing and Drainage systems\n\nFire Fighting systems\n\nMechanical Equipment and related services\n\nCoordinate mechanical models with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and other MEP disciplines.\n\nIdentify and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage and other BIM coordination tools.\n\nParticipate in BIM coordination meetings and technical workshops.\n\nReview project drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies or design conflicts.\n\nEnsure BIM models comply with project BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and BEP requirements.\n\nProduce accurate plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity information from BIM models.\n\nUpdate models based on design changes, RFIs, site conditions, and approved technical instructions.\n\nSupport the preparation of As-Built BIM models and project handover documentation.\n\nCoordinate with Design, Engineering, Site, and Project teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.\n\nAssist in extracting quantities and model-based information when required.\n\nMaintain proper model version control and ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables.\n\nPerform quality checks on BIM models and ensure compliance with company and project standards.\n\nSupport the BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator in implementing BIM workflows and improving modeling standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\n\n2–5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical BIM / MEP projects.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.\n\nGood knowledge of mechanical building services and MEP systems.\n\nExperience with Navisworks Manage and BIM coordination.\n\nGood understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination.\n\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.\n\nKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and/or fire protection systems.\n\nGood understanding of BIM standards, LOD, BEP, and model coordination processes.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure, or industrial projects.\n\nExperience in GCC / KSA / UAE projects.\n\nKnowledge of AutoCAD.\n\nExperience with Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Revit families.\n\nKnowledge of international codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, and relevant local regulations.\n\nBIM certification or relevant
