records, risk assessments, and incident reports.\n\nInvestigate incidents and near misses and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.\n\nConduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.\n\nMonitor the implementation of Permit-to-Work and other safety control procedures.\n\nCoordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance.\n\nSupport emergency preparedness, drills, and response procedures.\n\nMonitor environmental, occupational health, and workplace safety requirements.\n\nProvide regular HSE performance updates and recommendations to management.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.\n\n4–6 years of professional experience in HSE.\n\nMust be currently working as an HSE Engineer or in a closely related HSE position.\n\nExperience in the Electrical Power / Energy / EPC / MEP / Infrastructure sector is highly preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of HSE practices, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety procedures.\n\nProven success stories and measurable achievements with previous companies/projects.\n\nStrong communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.\n\nHSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.\n\nGood command of English is preferred.\n\nCandidates who are ready and willing to relocate are strongly preferred.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nWe are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:\n\nSuccessful HSE performance in previous projects.\n\nPractical site-based HSE experience rather than purely administrative experience.\n\nExposure to electrical power projects, substations, power systems, EPC, or infrastructure projects.\n\nA proactive approach to identifying and eliminating safety risks.\n\nThe ability to take ownership of HSE performance and contribute to a strong safety
