to join our team in Cairo.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n* Design and develop interactive dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Power BI.\n* Connect Power BI to SQL Server databases and other data sources.\n* Develop data models, relationships, KPIs, and calculated measures.\n* Write and optimize DAX calculations.\n* Use Power Query (M) for data extraction, transformation, and cleansing.\n* Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures required for reporting.\n* Build executive and operational dashboards for HR, Attendance, Payroll, Finance, Projects, Support and other business areas.\n* Configure scheduled refresh, Power BI Service, workspaces, gateways and access permissions.\n* Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) where required.\n* Troubleshoot data, performance, refresh and reporting issues.\n* Work with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and convert them into meaningful dashboards.\n* Validate report accuracy against source systems before publishing.\n* Prepare technical documentation for dashboards, datasets and data sources.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills\n* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.\n* Strong SQL Server / T-SQL knowledge.\n* Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query.\n* Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases.\n* Experience with Power BI Service, Gateway, scheduled refresh and security.\n* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into KPIs and dashboards.\n* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.\n* Ability to work independently and communicate with different departments.\nPreferred\n* Experience with ERP, HR, Payroll, Attendance or enterprise systems.\n* Experience building Executive / Management Dashboards.\n* Knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts.\n* Experience handling large datasets and optimizing Power BI
