At Advanced Space, Capture Managers serve as Opportunity Leads: they own qualified pursuits through our eight-step capture process and transition awarded work to the engineering team. This is a mid-level business development and capture role based in Westminster, Colorado. As the Capture Manager for assigned pursuits, you'll own opportunities from first identification through qualification, shaping, solution development, proposal submission, customer positioning, negotiation support, and handoff to engineering. You'll be the primary point of contact on many pursuits, supported by the lead of the Growth and Capture team, a senior capture lead who sets day-to-day direction, and Proposal Operations Lead for proposal excellence.
