Founded in 1997, and providing nationwide services, ASG has teams based in North America, South America, and Europe.\nJob Summary\nASG is looking for a Data Operations Engineer to join our client’s Business Operations data team, supporting the Senior Data Operations Architect in maintaining and growing the operational backbone for a fast-growing live-streaming and commerce business. This role centers on Airtable systems, API integration maintenance, and cross-source data reliability - not traditional software or data engineering.\nThe complexity of this role isn't about the number of systems connected - it's about understanding how marketing, production, and monetization financials interconnect, and keeping that web of data trustworthy. You'll spend most of your time testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting; there's a real opportunity to grow into more build work as the team's data infrastructure matures.\nThis is a strong fit for someone who wants ground-level exposure to how a high-growth business actually runs - production economics, efficiency metrics, financial reporting - with mentorship from the Senior Data Operations Architect, and a full tech team behind you.\nThis full-time role is 100% onsite in the South Lake Union Neighborhood of Seattle, WA, where you will report directly to the Senior Data Operations Architect.\nWhat You'll Do\nHelp consolidate and manage the team’s Airtable environment.\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot API connections between systems like Salesforce, Coupa, and internal AWS finance tools to ensure reliable data flow.\n\nAssist with automated reporting by tying financial, moderation, and production data to one central identifier (Stream ID).\n\nBuild and support dashboards and executive reports to track efficiency and performance.\n\nTest and validate new integrations before launch, and proactively fix issues as they arise.\n\nBe the go-to person onsite in Seattle, WA for daily support, escalating more complex issues to the Senior Data Operations Architect.\n\nKeep our data standards, naming conventions, and system documentation up to date as we scale.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience with data engineering, SQL, data modeling, or cloud data platforms.\n\nHands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable systems at scale (multi-base, relational, dashboards).\n\nExperience integrating Airtable or similar tools with other systems via API.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills; you enjoy testing, breaking, and fixing connections.\n\nCuriosity about how businesses really work-with a willingness to work with financial and operational data even if you don’t have a finance background.\n\nExcellent written communication and documentation skills.\n\nAble to work independently and solve moderately complex problems with general guidance.\n\nNice to Have\nBackground in media, entertainment, live events, or e-commerce
