This non-exempt role operates on a per-project basis, with durations ranging from single-day to longer-term assignments.\nAs a Flex team member, you’ll support a variety of leading media and technology clients. Flex roles are ongoing and dynamic-work may vary in cadence, length, and scope depending on client needs. This setup offers flexibility, exposure to top-tier companies, and the chance to grow your skills across multiple exciting assignments.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with the Director, Producer, Show Caller, and/or client to determine video requirements for each production.\n\nSwitch incoming video signals as needed for broadcast.\n\nProgram video switchers and routers to support production needs.\n\nPartner with camera operators to ensure proper framing and shot alignment.\n\nOperate PTZ camera systems as required.\n\nManage graphics and related video systems as necessary.\n\nLead and participate in rehearsals, capturing adjustments for equipment and cue sheets.\n\nExecute cues as directed by the stage manager or show caller.\n\nComplete comprehensive pre-event checks to guarantee all equipment is functioning and correctly configured.\nTest all playback elements to ensure proper execution during the show.\n\nRequired Education & Experience\nMinimum 5 years' experience as a Technical Director and / or V1, preferably for large or high-profile events.\n\nExperience in live event corporate settings, working with high level talent.\n\nStrong knowledge and understanding of broadcast and production technology, including but not limited to Ross Carbonite, Black Magic, Grass Valley, Analog Way Aquilon, Disguise, Evertz EQX10 Video Router, Lightware HDMI Router, Megapixel Helios Processing, Barco E2 Screen Management, Imagine Platinum MX Video Router, and Sony MVS-3000A 1 M/E Switcher.\n\nThorough understanding of video transport standards.\n\nAbility to multitask and adapt to rapid show-flow changes in a live and fluid environment.\n\nExcellent control room demeanor, proven leadership skills, team-first attitude, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced
