ensuring a positive first and lasting impression through exceptional customer\nservice.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\nDuties include, but are not limited to:\n Work closely with the Front Desk Lead or General Manager for scheduling and task\nmanagement creation for the housekeeping department.\n Monitors inventory, ordering supplies as needed and as approved.\n Training all staff and new hires in housekeeping tasks, use of software and report generation.\n Supervise housekeeping staff with guidance of Front Desk Lead or General Manager.\n Clean bath and shower houses, laundry facilities, recreation room, and other areas as directed\nby management, such as retail store.\n Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.\n Keep common areas clean and maintain them to AOM standards.\n Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.\n Aid the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed and directed by management.\n Report any maintenance concerns for repair in common areas, cabins, recreation room, etc.\n Assist with clean-up at community and resident activities and functions on the property.\n Maintain open communication with management.\n Maintain a clean and professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests,\nmanagement and co-workers.\n Follow and adhere to all standard operating procedures.\n Generate reports as directed by management.\n Keep clean and orderly work areas.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nRelated Skills:\n Must be able to read and speak English.\n Excellent communication skills.\n Time management and leadership skills.\n Ability to lift 40 lbs or more using proper lifting techniques.\n Ability to change activities frequently and cope with interruptions.\nPage 2 of 2\n Ability to use cleaning equipment properly, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, dusters, etc.\n Knowledge of safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals\n Complete all assigned responsibilities, tasks, reports, projects etc. in a professional manner\nand on an on-time basis.\n Be available for work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.\n Demonstrate good personal control and judgment under normal and stressful
