If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.\nResponsibilities\nProcessing supplier invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.\n\nMatching invoices to purchase orders, or other supporting documentation where required.\n\nPreparing and maintaining supplier account reconciliations.\n\nInvestigating and resolving reconciling items, invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.\n\nSupporting payment preparation, payment runs and related approval documentation.\n\nMaintaining accurate supplier records and accounts payable documentation.\n\nEngaging professionally with internal teams, suppliers and other external stakeholders.\n\nSupporting month-end accounts payable activities, including statement reconciliations and reporting where required.\n\nWorking with high volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable, finance assistant or similar role.\n\nComfortable processing invoices, handling reconciliations and resolving supplier or creditor queries.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\n\nConfident communicator who is comfortable engaging with wider internal and external stakeholders.\n\nAble to work effectively in a high-volume transaction environment.\n\nGood organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general accounting or ERP systems.\n\nProfessional, dependable and comfortable working with financial information.\n\nAbout Us:\nWe are the tech company with people at heart.\nAt Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
