If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities include:\nDesign and Maintain Reports: Create and manage user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.\n\nData Analysis: Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.\n\nData Validation: Ensure data accuracy and reliability by validating reporting data and investigating discrepancies.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop practical dashboards and outputs.\n\nAutomation of Processes: Enhance efficiency by improving and automating manual reporting processes using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate.\n\nReporting and Presentation: Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and support operational performance through meaningful data insights.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nTimely Delivery of Reports: Successfully design and deliver a minimum of 5 key Power BI reports and dashboards that meet stakeholder requirements within the designated timelines.\n\nData Accuracy Improvement: Achieve a data accuracy rate of at least 95% by validating and reconciling discrepancies in reporting data.\n\nStakeholder Engagement: Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and feedback on dashboard usability.\n\nAutomation of Reporting Processes: Automate at least 3 manual reporting processes, resulting in improved efficiency in data reporting.\n\nInsight Generation: Identify and present significant trends or risk areas through data analysis, leading to actionable insights for operational improvement.\n\nCustomer Satisfaction Reporting: Develop and deliver a comprehensive customer satisfaction report, highlighting key metrics and trends to enhance service delivery.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nThe ideal candidate for this role will have:\nProven experience in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar analytical role, with strong problem-solving skills to interpret data and present actionable insights.\n\nStrong practical knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server Reporting, and related tools, with experience in designing and maintaining accessible dashboards and reports.\n\nExperience and confidence in extracting, cleansing, transforming, and analysing data from various sources, coupled with a solid understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting controls.\n\nAbility to gather and translate reporting requirements from stakeholders into practical dashboards and outputs, ensuring alignment with business needs.\n\nExperience in automating reporting processes using tools like Power Automate, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort in data reporting.\n\nThis role will require you to undergo the Security Clearance (SC) process once in role, so for that reason we will ask you to confirm if you are a British passport holder with 5 years residency in the UK when you apply for this position.\nAbout Us:\nWe are the tech company with people at heart.\nAt Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
