If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver high-quality technical work as part of client data and analytics engagements.\n\nDevelop and test data ingestion, transformation and modelling components with guidance from senior team members.\n\nProduce clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.\n\nBuild effective working relationships with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.\n\nDevelop knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and the wider Azure data platform through practical delivery and structured learning.\n\nWork towards relevant Microsoft certifications and support Advania’s Microsoft accreditation objectives.\n\nTake increasing ownership of delivery tasks as technical and consulting experience develops\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nBuild a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and the wider Azure data platform, applying this knowledge through practical client delivery.\n\nContribute effectively to client engagements, delivering assigned technical tasks to a high standard with appropriate support and guidance.\n\nDevelop consulting skills and confidence in working with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders, taking increasing ownership of tasks as experience grows.\n\nMake good progress towards relevant Microsoft certifications and actively participate in team learning and knowledge sharing.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nA foundation in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence or a related discipline.\n\nExperience using SQL and Python to manipulate, transform and analyse data.\n\nUnderstanding of data modelling, data warehousing and analytics concepts.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks or similar modern data platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of data integration and ETL/ELT processes.\n\nAwareness of source control and DevOps practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nA willingness to learn and develop expertise in Microsoft data technologies and certifications.\n\nExperience working with customers or within a consulting environment would be advantageous\n\nAbout Us:\nWe are the tech company with people at heart.\nAt Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
