This role attracts a car allowance.\nA list of benefits can be found here.\nResponsibilities\nProvide on-site support for incidents, requests, and hardware replacements.\n\nTake ownership of tickets and tasks through to resolution within agreed SLAs.\n\nSupport installations, moves, changes, and project-related activities.\n\nMaintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, and asset records.\n\nCarry out planned site visits and assist with network infrastructure where required.\n\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers, stakeholders, and third parties.\n\nEnsure accurate time logging and follow escalation and Health & Safety processes.\n\nExperience/Qualifications\nExperience in an IT support or field engineering role.\n\nA full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to remote client sites.\n\nExperience with some or all of the following:\nMicrosoft Intune and Azure\n\nMicrosoft 365 / Office 365\n\nDesktop hardware and operating systems\n\nPrint solutions, peripherals, and access points\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\n\nExperience with laptop builds, mobile setup, and hardware replacement.\n\nA practical, hands-on approach and a strong focus on customer service.\n\nRegular drug and alcohol testing will be required as part of this role.\n\nEnhanced DBS checks may be required and will be sponsored by Advania UK where applicable.\n\nAbout Us\nAt Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
