If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.\nResponsibilities\nManage the delivery of customer projects from creation through to billing and closure.\n\nCo-ordinate with project engineers and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.\n\nAct as the main escalation point for issues arising during project delivery.\n\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nMonitor project time, budgets and profitability to ensure successful delivery.\n\nManage changing priorities, risks and schedules to keep projects on track.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDevelop a strong understanding of Advania SMB processes and systems used to manage project delivery.\n\nBuild effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Delivery teams and project engineers.\n\nCreate and manage projects in line with company processes, from initiation through to billing and closure.\n\nOversee multiple live projects at the same time, ensuring delivery remains on track.\n\nMonitor project time, utilisation and profitability, and ensure time is recorded accurately by both project managers and engineers.\n\nAct as the main escalation point for engineers during project delivery and support project scheduling where required.\n\nBuild strong customer relationships to ensure projects are delivered in line with expectations.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nProven experience managing projects within an MSP environment, including delivering small to medium-sized projects for external customers.\n\nGood knowledge of Prince2 methodology, with Foundation certification as a minimum and Practitioner preferred.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to manage changing workloads and priorities.\n\nStrong planning, organisation, risk and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-departmental project teams.\n\nCommercial awareness, including the ability to track project time, understand the impact of delays on profitability, and escalate where needed.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio, with a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.\n\nAbout Us:\nWe are the tech company with people at heart.\nAt Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
