If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.\nResponsibilities\nProject Management\n· Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.\n· Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.\nStakeholder Engagement\n· Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.\n· Act as primary point of contact for project delivery.\nRisk and Issue Management\n· Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.\n· Escalate concerns to maintain project outcomes.\nOperational Readiness\n· Ensure solutions are operationally ready before project closure.\n· Coordinate activities for acceptance into operational support.\nCommunication and Reporting\n· Produce regular status reports for internal and customer-facing audiences.\n· Facilitate governance meetings and manage customer expectations.\nGovernance and Process Adherence\n· Ensure adherence to project governance standards.\n· Support continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery.\nQualifications and Experience\nEssential\n· Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).\n· Demonstrable experience managing customer-facing IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed service projects.\n· Experience coordinating Service Transition or operational onboarding activities.\n· Strong understanding of project management methodologies.\n· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n· Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.\n· Experience managing risks, issues and dependencies.\n· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\n· Commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability.\n· Strong organisational and planning skills.\nDesirable\n· ITIL Foundation certification.\n· PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent.\n· Experience using ServiceNow Project Management.\n· Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365, Azure and Managed Services.\n· Experience supporting customer onboarding and Acceptance into Service activities\nAbout Us:\nWe are the tech company with people at heart.\nAt Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
