The role focuses on following established run books, logging and tracking tickets, and carrying out documented activities within Microsoft Intune to help ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and performing effectively.\nHybrid working\nWe recognise the benefits that remote and flexible working brings.\nWe operate a hybrid working policy that allows our employees to balance time in the office and time from home. If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.\n#LI-Hybrid\nResponsibilities:\n· Perform daily endpoint support activities and checks in line with documented run books and procedures.\n· Use Microsoft Intune to monitor managed devices and support compliance across customer estates.\n· Log, track, and update support tickets accurately and in a timely manner.\n· Escalate issues to the wider support team when required.\n· Identify and flag trends, risks, and recurring issues during daily checks.\n· Support efforts to reduce non-compliant devices and improve endpoint performance and security.\n· Maintain accurate time logging and complete tasks within agreed timelines.\n· Contribute ideas for service and process improvement.\n· Take part in team meetings and training to build technical knowledge and capability.\nQualifications & Experience:\n· Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management concepts.\n· Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.\n· Ability to follow structured processes, run books, and documented procedures with strong attention to detail.\n· Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to users.\n· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.\n· Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.\nNice-to-have\n· Understanding of ITIL principles would be advantageous.\n· Degree or certification in Information Technology preferred.\n· Previous internship or entry-level experience in IT support preferred.\n· Experience working in a technical environment with defined operational processes is beneficial.\nAbout Us:\nWe are the tech company with people at heart.\nAt Advania, we believe in empowering people to create sustainable value through the clever use of technology.
