Responsibilities \nLead and supervise warehouse staff, providing direction, training, and performance feedback. \nDevelop, implement, and maintain best practices for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. \nDrive S4 implementation through entire warehouse from picking orders through delivery \nEstablish and monitor inventory management controls, including: \nCycle counting procedures to regularly verify inventory accuracy. \nStock reconciliation processes to resolve discrepancies. \nInventory audits and physical counts to maintain integrity of stock records. \nSystem-based controls for tracking inventory movements and adjustments. \nLot tracking, expiration date management, and serial number controls as required. \nSafeguarding assets through security measures, restricted access areas, and loss prevention protocols. \nDocumentation and reporting controls to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. \nCoordinate logistics activities, including scheduling shipments, managing transportation partners, and resolving delivery issues. \nMonitor KPIs for warehouse operations and logistics, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement. \nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. \nCollaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align inventory and delivery strategies. \nImplement safe work practices throughout the warehouse including safe movement and storage of finished goods \nOversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles. \nManage budgets and control costs related to warehouse and logistics activities. \nImplement and support technology solutions for warehouse management, including WMS integration and inventory optimization tools. \nQualifications \nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field or the equivalent related experience. \nMinimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics management. \nExtensive knowledge of inventory controls, audit techniques, and inventory management systems. \nProven leadership and team management skills. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities across functions. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nDirect Experience with SAP (S4 HANA preferred), warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and logistics platforms. \nKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. \n\nThe expected salary range for this position is
