Design electrical hardware systems based on project requirements, including electrical schematics, control panel layouts and device selection Develop PLC and HMI applications based on system descriptions and functional requirements with a strong focus on Siemens platforms Configure PLC hardware and industrial communication networks including PROFINET, PROFIBUS, AS-i, CAN, Ethernet and other industrial protocols Develop PLC Safety programs. (SIEMENS Distributed Safety/F-PLCs) Configure, commission and start-up of VFDs Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and on-site standby support Support system testing and functional validation to ensure the control system meets project requirements Develop SCADA applications for monitoring and controlling system components and processes Motion Control experience Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in control systems design and implementation, with a strong emphasis on PLC programming.
