rules, and workflows.\nDevelop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and business logic using C# and .NET.\nDevelop and customize client-side functionality using JavaScript and TypeScript.\nDesign, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party applications with Dynamics 365 CRM.\nWork with Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\nImplement business process flows, workflows, and automation to improve business operations.\nDevelop and maintain integrations using Dataverse APIs and Dynamics 365 Web API.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality and integrations.\nOptimize CRM performance and ensure data integrity and security.\nParticipate in solution design, technical documentation, testing, and deployment activities.\nCollaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nTechnical Requirements\n4-6 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).\nSolid knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.\nStrong programming experience with C# and .NET Framework.\nExperience developing plugins and custom workflow activities.\nProficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for client-side customization.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API.\nExperience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.\nKnowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.\nExperience with FetchXML, QueryExpression, and SQL.\nFamiliarity with solution management, customization, and deployment across different environments.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, and version control systems.\nUnderstanding of CRM security roles, business units, and access management.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certifications.\nExperience with Power Pages and Power BI.\nKnowledge of Azure services and Azure Functions.\nExperience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps
