HR Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and employee services. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing attendance and leave, supporting insurance and personnel activities, and ensuring all required employee documentation is complete and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all required hiring documents are completed and properly maintained for new employees.
• Create and maintain employee records in both hard copy and the HR system.
• Update employee databases with new hires, transfers, and employee exits.
• Manage employee enrollment and removal from medical insurance according to company policies.
• Monitor and follow up on employee attendance through the attendance management system.
• Maintain and track employees’ vacation and leave balances and provide balance information when required.
• Handle employee requests related to attendance, leave, medical insurance, and other HR matters.
• Follow up on employee contract renewals in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and maintain warning letters, emails, and penalty records.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Deal with relevant governmental entities, including Labor Offices and Social Insurance Offices.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations and ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel, or HR Coordination.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance procedures.
• Good knowledge of HR systems and attendance management systems.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
