The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements and technical specifications.\nResponsibilities\nStudy and analyze customer specifications and project requirements.\nReview and validate technical offers.\nLead the design process through coordination with factories, project managers, and customer representatives.\nVerify and validate all factory submittals.\n Experience with one or more electrical distribution packages, such as HV switchgears, MV switchgears, LV switchgears, UPS, transformers, variable speed drives, soft starters…. etc.\nStrong understanding of electrical distribution systems and engineering documentation.\nGood knowledge of MV/LV switchgear design principles, control circuits, protection schemes, and interlocking philosophies.\nAbility to review and validate protection relay settings, metering requirements, CT/VT selection, and auxiliary power supply arrangements.\nFamiliarity with international electrical standards and practices, such as IEC standards for switchgear, transformers, protection, testing, and documentation.\nHands-on experience preparing or reviewing technical submittals, compliance statements, bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.\nUnderstanding of project engineering workflows, including design review cycles, technical clarification handling, manufacturing coordination, FAT support, and site technical support.\nPrepare, review, and validate project technical documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards, and project specifications, including:\no Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)\no General Arrangement (GA) drawings\no Cable entry drawings\no Civil instruction drawings and requirements\no Nameplate details and marking requirements\no Schematic diagrams\no Logic diagrams\no Interconnection and terminal block diagrams\no Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)\no Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures\no Commissioning spare parts lists\no Painting specifications and instructions\no Packing specifications and instructions\nPerform required calculations and documentation to ensure design compliance.\nAttend and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).\nParticipate in technical meetings throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide technical support to site operation teams.\nEnsure project deliverables meet customer requirements and company standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Power Engineering.\n5+ years of relevant experience in electrical distribution, project engineering, or a related field.\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nTeam player
