The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, conducting project controls analysis, identifying risks, and supporting project delivery through effective planning and reporting practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, integrate, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules across multiple projects and disciplines.\nMonitor project progress and performance against established baselines and milestones.\nImplement cost control methodologies, forecasting models, and Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.\nConduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, constraints, and mitigation plans.\nPrepare project status reports, executive presentations, and performance dashboards.\nSupport project teams in planning, resource allocation, and schedule optimization activities.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, project managers, engineering teams, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance project visibility and decision-making.\nMentor and support junior planners, promoting best practices in project planning and controls.\nParticipate in site visits as required to monitor project execution and progress.\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.\nProven experience managing schedules for complex engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.\nTechnical Skills\nExpert-level proficiency in Primavera P6.\nStrong working knowledge of MS Project.\nSolid understanding of project controls, cost control methodologies, forecasting, and Earned Value Management (EVM).\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nKnowledge of Power BI and dashboard development is highly desirable.\nCertifications\nPMP certification is a strong plus.\nLanguages\nFluent English is required.\nFrench language proficiency is a plus.\nCompetencies\nDemonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nHigh level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving
