the Role\nWe are seeking a Turbomachinery Control Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of turbomachinery control and digitalization solutions across a variety of industrial projects.\nThe successful candidate will be involved in the engineering, implementation, testing, and commissioning of control systems while supporting reliability and asset performance initiatives for rotating equipment.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngineer and implement turbomachinery control solutions, including control logic development, HMI/SCADA configuration, and design documentation.\nSupport project execution from design and engineering through commissioning and startup.\nAnalyze customer specifications and develop suitable implementation strategies for turbomachinery control systems and digital solutions.\nCollaborate with clients, project teams, and other engineering disciplines to deliver successful projects.\nContribute to technical proposals, gap analyses, engineering studies, and project documentation.\nCollect and analyze operational data from plant systems such as Historians, MMS, SAP, and other industrial platforms.\nIdentify operational trends, performance issues, and reliability improvement opportunities.\nSupport machinery performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance optimization initiatives.\nProvide technical support, user training, and project documentation.\nWork closely with different teams to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.\nStay up to date with advancements in turbomachinery control, industrial automation, digitalization, and asset performance\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Energy Management, or a related engineering discipline.\nBackground in Control & Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.\nExperience in turbomachinery control, digitalization, reliability, or asset management is preferred.\nHands-on experience with turbomachinery control systems is highly desirable.\nGood understanding of rotating equipment operation, fault diagnosis, maintenance practices, and reliability principles.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nStrong attention to detail and documentation skills.\nSelf-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional
