financial investment, Food & manufacturing.\nJob Description:\nThe ideal candidate will practice all aspects of Performance Measurement including:\nWorks closely with department manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system.\nAssists in Creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services.\nTracks, Measures and analyzes company/Department performance measurements set to identify performance improvement opportunities.\nDevelops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible.\nDevelops the skills of the data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information.\nEnsures accurate data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on data.\nMaintains a database of all relevant measures per department.\nConducts root cause analysis and come up with corrective actions as required.\nWorks collaboratively with other staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and improve measurement process.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in a performance culture.\nHands on experience in converting requirement into BI visuals.\nStrong Statistical background.\nKnowledge of the Balanced Scorecard framework.\nAble to evaluate data gathered from multiple sources, reconciles differences, and ensures consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements\nStrong Knowledge of dashboard reporting tools (Preferred Power BI, etc.)\nAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically with respect to Excel, PowerPoint and Word).\nGood Knowledge of using MS flows.\nGood Knowledge of using APIs.\nAble to communicate and resolve conflicts appropriately\nStrong attention to detail required.\nStrong communication skills.\nKnowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage.\nKnowledge of ISO27001 is an
